Program Notes:

Neo- represents a slightly new direction for me in the form of a synthesis of many elements from both my past work and works of the last 50 years (give or take a few). The piece represents a large scale modulation from Db to C and uses elements of (neo-) spectralism and (neo-) romanticisim in addition to (neo?) modernism.
